Tim Hortons Community Clean-up

Saturday, April 16, 10 am-12 noon in Victoria Park. Bags and gloves will be provided by the City of Kitchener. Free T-shirts, refreshments (while supplies last) and great prizes for participants provided by Tim Hortons ....(including water bottles, travel mugs, gift cards and Raleigh bicycles). Earth Day Celebration
Saturday, April 23 from 1-4 p.m., Huron Natural Area, 801 Trillium Drive.
This family celebration includes building a KNAP bird box (available to the first 100 families); KNAP kids’ craft, tree planting and displays. Learn about the recently uncovered First Nations village by participating in a guided hike to the archaeological site. Featuring the Canadian Raptor Conservancy with live birds of prey shows at 1, 2 & 3 p.m.
