I have always been a fan of Free Comic Book Day! It is a great day to see what is buzzing in your community.  When I first heard of Free Comic Book Day I thought it was a day that comic book stores got rid of old comic books that didn't sell. BOY WAS I WRONG!

 

 

What Is Free Comic Book Day?

Free Comic Book Day day when comic companies such as Marvel and DC Comics giveaway limited edition Comics made especially made for this yearly event.

It happens yearly on the first Saturday in May. So many comic book stores in many areas participate! Some years double the fun when that Saturday happens to be May the 4th aka Star Wars Day (May the Fourth Be With You)

 

Where Does Free Comic Book Day Take Place?
